A significant milestone, and another layer of reassurance for the people who trust us with their care.

Since 4 August 2026, Serenity UK has been registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and social care services in England.

For us, this is more than a regulatory milestone. It is an important recognition of the standards we have built into Serenity from the outset.

Becoming CQC registered is a rigorous and highly detailed process. It requires an organisation to demonstrate that the appropriate governance, safeguarding, clinical processes, policies and systems are firmly in place to deliver regulated healthcare responsibly and safely.

We are therefore particularly proud that Serenity UK successfully achieved its CQC registration on its first application.

Reaching this standard at the first stage is a meaningful achievement for our team. It reflects the considerable work that has gone into building Serenity UK carefully and responsibly, with robust structures behind the highly personal service our clients experience.

What this means for our clients

For our clients, CQC registration provides an additional level of reassurance: the confidence that the personal, attentive care they receive from Serenity is supported by strong professional and regulatory standards.

At Serenity, our role has never simply been to help people access healthcare. It is to be there when healthcare becomes complicated, to coordinate, guide, advocate and make sure our clients feel genuinely looked after.

CQC registration strengthens that commitment.

Exceptional healthcare support should feel personal on the outside, and be exceptionally well built behind the scenes.
